By accessing this website and placing an order with Hii Blend ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & pricing

All products listed are freshly prepared beverages. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise the menu and prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

2. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Payments on this website are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details on our servers.

3. Accuracy of information

Nutritional values (calories, ingredients) are approximate and provided in good faith. If you have allergies (e.g., nuts, dairy), please review the listed ingredients or contact us before ordering.

4. Use of website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or use content from it for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide when ordering: name, phone number, email and delivery address.
• Order history and preferences, to serve you better.
• Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

How we use it

• To process, prepare and deliver your orders.
• To contact you about your order status or respond to your queries.
• To improve our menu and service.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., payment gateway, delivery partner).

Data security & your rights

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to accounts@hiiblend.org.

Cancellations

Because every blend is prepared fresh on order, cancellations are accepted only before preparation begins — typically within 10 minutes of placing the order. To cancel, call or WhatsApp us immediately at +91 85272 94693 with your order details.

Refunds

• Order cancelled in time: full refund to the original payment method.
• Wrong, damaged or spoiled item delivered: full refund or free replacement — share a photo with us within 2 hours of delivery.
• Order not delivered: full refund.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours and are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are processed via Razorpay.

Delivery area

We prepare and deliver from our outlet at Second Floor, Building 8, Khan Market, New Delhi. We currently serve Khan Market and nearby areas of Central and South Delhi; serviceability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery timelines

• Standard orders are prepared and delivered within 45–90 minutes of confirmation during operating hours (daily, from 7:00 AM).
• Pre-orders and bulk orders are delivered at the slot chosen during ordering.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge applicable to your location is displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Cold-chain handling

All products are transported chilled. Please refrigerate immediately on receipt and consume within 24 hours for best taste and nutrition.

Failed deliveries

If we cannot reach you at the provided address or phone number, our team will attempt to contact you. If delivery fails for reasons attributable to us, you receive a full refund.
